Hostel life gonna start soon!!!

Yo... The college starts on the 29th July and I am off to the hostel on the 28th.

From today I gotta pack my bags. As for many people, it is going to be the first time for me in the hostel filled with lots of excitement with a little bit of fear.
NIT Trichy is surely going to be one of the best places with all high tech facilities. But still there is going to be one factor missing... It is called the HOME factor.

Agate Life - NIT Trichy

The first year of my life at NIT Trichy is going to be at this hostel named Agate. Saw this video on youtube.com which showed me an insight of the AGATE LIFE...

A happy news to start with... I have fortunately got admission into the National Institute of Technology, Trichy noted as an institute of national importance!
A sad news that came along... I have to leave my parents and home to live in a hostel!
Just few days left for the hostel life to begin...

So now... What was my preparation strategy for the entrance will be the question asked by more than half the population of India... The answer is not so great to share so I prefer not to do so... One suggestion I would like to give based on my experience is please decide whether you want to prepare for IIT or NIT before 11th or atleast during your 11th because the preparation required for the two are hugely different... Please don't believe in the myth that if you prepare for IIT you can get NIT... It may be true for some but all students know the levels of both the exams... For NITs just master your 11th & 12th syllabus which is more than enough... Honestly, in IITs the seats are reserved for those who can be classified under "born with an extraterrestrial ability to sacrifice all pleasures in this world for minimum two years"
